Use timers and the calendar

Timers help when the end time is not known yet. They record care; they do not provide health advice.

  1. Choose a timer action such as Start sleep, Start left or Start right.
  2. Confirm the highlighted In progress card and running duration.
  3. For nursing, switch sides when needed. Choose Stop when the activity ends.
  4. To correct a start time, edit it before the timer has accumulated nursing side changes.
The Log screen with a highlighted Sleep card reading In progress, a start time field, and Pause and Wake up buttons.
A running timer is highlighted at the top of Log. Its start time can be edited in place; Wake up or End stops it.

In Events, choose List, Day or Week. Calendar blocks show when duration events occurred; overlapping care can appear in separate lanes. Use the previous and next controls to change the date range.

The Events tab in Day view: a date strip across the top and a timeline with sleep blocks and shorter feed blocks.
Day view places each duration event on a timeline; overlapping care appears in separate lanes.
The Events tab in Week view showing seven day columns with sleep and feed blocks.
Week view shows the same blocks for seven days side by side.

Expected result: stopping a timer creates one timeline event. Another signed-in caregiver may see the active timer after synchronization.

Do not use the calendar as medical guidance

The calendar summarizes entered records only. For feeding, sleep or health concerns, use guidance from your child's clinician.
